Margaret Burton Malone,

Margaret is an editor, writer, and document design specialist with twenty years' experience. She brings a personal and creative approach to the process of developing both content and visual aspects of documents of many types. Her work emphasizes collaboration; she works closely with authors to support their creative process and counsel them in developing and honoring their own voice. She views the role of editor as that of a guide rather than an authority, and uses her extensive education in literature to mentor authors in their craft.
Her experience encompasses the origination, editing, and visual design of fictional and fictionalized books, advertisements, brochures, business stationery, instructional materials, technical documentation, and Web sites.
In addition to her work with Bryan on Have You Seen My Mother, Margaret is developing a personal memoir of her childhood in England and of living in California and Texas, as well as a book about families' personal experiences of leaving the Jehovah's Witness organization.She is also a regular contributor to the local newspaper where she lives in Murphy, Texas.
